Dear Wise Woman:

Welcome to FSW, my friend! You’re here to do your business with less hustle, aligned simplicity, and your soul’s magic!

Clearly, we’re a little spicy today! Let’s get into it.

When I overlapped my job-job and started FSW, I went slowly (turtle slow) in trying to figure out all the things: legal, accounting, blogging, etc.

And I put a ton of pressure on myself to get it right the first time (and still do).

But we have to acknowledge this fact: not everyone has their shit together, my friend.

Business is truly about learning, pivoting, regrouping, and strategizing. Sometimes all at once.

So, when you’re trying to be perfect at everything, whether you’re daydreaming about business or doing it as a side deal or full-time…let’s be realistic. ⤵️

Here are the thoughts that I’ve got for you in this post:

• It’s helpful to remember that not everyone has their shit together
• Crafting and holding space for ‘behind the scenes’ realities is important
• We’re missing out if we don’t see what’s really there
• Transition forward as a new you, letting things go that have been behind the scenes.
• Create space for new transitions as you cross your road and go down it. Shift with it.
  

Let’s Reflect and Wrap This Up:

Just remember as you do your business journey, whatever you see on the outside or on others’ feeds, there might be something else there:

• 1 month to 20 years put into that effort before “overnight success”
• A team of folks or at least a V.A. or A.I.
• A community of people to support them (this is my favorite)
• A financial setup that keeps them going
• And more…

That’s why we need to do business with soul, simplification, and ease, as much as possible. Especially for us solopreneurs.
