Dear Wise Woman:

Alignment. Legacy. Impact.

All of these words can feel big, can’t they? Especially when we’ve worked in various roles, or have built our resumes/CVs over the years, and then we look in the mirror and go, “What am I doing?”

I’ve recently had an ah-ha moment in the last week or two, which made me recognize the importance of showing up together to talk about this. And I’ll be honest with you: I’ve had this lightbulb moment after months (actually, over a year) of trying to offer a service in the “wrong way.”

Yes, I’ll unpack this further when the time’s right! Today, let’s talk about what alignment means to each of us and why we shouldn’t discount our journeys when Alignment knocks on our door. 👇🏻

Let’s recap:

I’ll admit it myself: sometimes when Alignment came knocking I was wondering what they really wanted from me and if they needed a tip for delivery.

I doubted myself at times, I hedged, and I even looked over my shoulder (proverbally) and asked if someone else made the order.

But at the end of the day, when what aligns with us keeps showing up… It’s about saying yes to ourselves, yes to what matters, and yes to what our expansive path can look like.

Did it take lessons? Definitely. Did it take time? Probably. And what about self-doubt? Oh, she’s still there sometimes.

If you’re going to take anything away from this video, just remember it’s not too late. It’s not that you’re not qualified to do what sings to you. We’re just at that crossroad trying to figure out how to do it. And that’s the beautiful thing: we can do it in the way that aligns most with you.
